Holy Redeemer Chapel Plaza We hold our Cursillo Weekends at the beautiful Holy Redeemer Center in East Oakland. Directions to the Center are given below. Weekends begin with the assembly of candidates and team on Thursday evening and conclude on Sunday afternoon. Saturday evening Serenades are normally held for each weekend and all Cursillistas are encouraged to attend and show their support for the candidates.

From San Francisco, Oakland, and Points North

  • Take Hwy 580 East through Oakland
  • Exit at 98th Ave/Golf Links Road in Oakland.
  • At the bottom of the exit, turn right, opposite the freeway (you are now on Golf Links Rd.)
  • Proceed straight ahead (west) on Golf Links Road, past the signal light.
  • About a mile up the road on the left, right after the stop sign, is a small driveway with a small sign....this is the place!!
  • Enter driveway, the community center is the white building just on the right as you come down the driveway.

From Stockton, Pleasanton, and Points South

  • Take Hwy 580 West towards Oakland
